About Acanthus Care
Support begins with listening carefully
Acanthus Care Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider based in Caversham, Western Australia. We work with adult participants, their families and representatives, and the professionals involved in their support.

Who we are here for
We support NDIS participants who are considering assistance with daily living, community participation, community nursing or specialist disability accommodation. A referral can come from the participant or from someone supporting them to find services.
Registration groups describe the kinds of supports an organisation is registered to provide. The actual arrangement is individual: it is based on the participant’s plan, assessed needs, preferences, consent and a service agreement.
Your say in decisions
Participants should be involved in decisions about their supports. We ask what you want to work towards, how you prefer to communicate, what assistance is useful, and who you want involved in discussions.
You can ask questions before agreeing to services. You can also involve a family member, advocate, nominee, support coordinator or another person you trust.
Feedback and quality
Speaking up is part of good support
You can give feedback, make a complaint, or ask someone you trust to do it with you. Raising a concern should not affect your right to respectful support.
If you do not want to raise the matter with Acanthus Care, or are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
